Joy is a passionate and creative teacher. She encourages her students to recognize the beauty that already lives in them as she playfully guides them through the physical, emotional and spiritual qualities of a balanced yoga practice.  Her hope is that all her students leave class with better sense of overall well-being and joy. Joy is also available for private in-home sessions.
